This class with Coach Amy will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30-10:30am and will offer a fitness assessment on the first Monday of every month in order to show you the progress you are making and allow you to set obtainable goals.
No CrossFit experience needed. All fitness levels welcome!
